The Richey Family Foundation was established with a simple purpose: to use our resources, relationships, and opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Our work is centered on people and the opportunities that can help them build stronger, more hopeful futures.
We believe families matter. We believe fathers matter. We believe education creates opportunity. And we believe that those who have the ability to give back have a responsibility to look for meaningful ways to help others.
Our work will continue to evolve as new needs and opportunities emerge, but our commitment remains grounded in four areas: supporting fathers and families, expanding educational opportunity, giving back to communities, and building initiatives that create lasting impact.

Families are the foundation of our communities, and children benefit when they have the opportunity to develop strong, healthy relationships with the people who love and care for them.
Fathers can play an important role in the lives of their children. Yet many fathers face significant challenges when trying to remain present and involved in their children's lives.
The Richey Family Foundation supports efforts that promote the importance of fatherhood, encourage responsible and involved parenting, and advance fairness for fathers and families.

EDUCATION & OPPORTUNITY
Helping Young People Build Their Future
Education has the power to change the trajectory of a person's life.
For many students, however, the opportunity to pursue higher education can be limited by financial circumstances. A talented and determined student may have the ability and ambition to succeed but still face barriers to attending college.
The Richey Family Foundation believes that financial hardship should not be the only thing standing between a young person and the opportunity to pursue their education.
Through scholarships and other educational initiatives, we seek to help deserving students take the next step toward their goals.

THE PHILIPPINE COLLEGE FUND
Investing in the Future of Filipino Students
The Richey Family Foundation is developing a vision for a college scholarship initiative in the Philippines designed to help deserving students pursue higher education.
The idea comes from a simple belief:
A student's financial circumstances should not determine the size of their dreams.
The Philippine College Fund is intended to provide financial assistance to qualified students who have demonstrated academic commitment, personal character, determination, and a desire to build a better future through education.
Our Vision
We envision a scholarship program that can help students move from high school graduation to higher education and, ultimately, toward meaningful careers and greater opportunities.
But the purpose of the program extends beyond tuition assistance.
We want to invest in students who have the potential to make a difference in their families and communities.
- A scholarship can help a student attend college.
- An education can help that student build a career.
- A career can help a family achieve greater stability.
- And that opportunity can continue from one generation to the next.
Building the Program
As the Foundation develops the Philippine College Fund, we intend to establish a thoughtful and transparent process for determining eligibility, selecting recipients, and distributing scholarship support.
The program may ultimately include criteria related to:
- Academic achievement
- Financial need
- Personal character
- Community involvement
- Educational goals
- Commitment to completing higher education
Specific eligibility requirements and application procedures will be announced as the program is formally established.
The Philippine College Fund represents one of our most important opportunities to give back—and we are excited about what it can become.
