The Richey Family Foundation was created from a simple belief: when we have the ability to help others, we should look for meaningful ways to do so.
The Foundation brings together a commitment to family, a belief in opportunity, and a desire to give back. Our work is focused on supporting fathers and families, creating educational opportunities for young people, and contributing to communities and charitable initiatives where our support can make a difference.
What began as an idea to help others is being built into something with the potential to create a lasting impact.
WHY WE EXIST

Every person has the ability to make a difference in someone else's life.
Sometimes that difference is financial. Sometimes it is an opportunity, a connection, a voice, or simply the knowledge that someone is willing to stand behind you.
The Richey Family Foundation exists to create those opportunities.
We want to support people and causes that matter to us while building programs that can continue making a difference long after an individual contribution has been made.
Whether we are supporting a father seeking to remain involved in his children's lives, helping a student pursue a college education, or contributing to a community initiative, our purpose is the same:

OUR STORY

The Foundation is rooted in the values of family, responsibility, perseverance, and service.
For many students, however, the opportunity to pursue higher education can be limited by financial circumstances. A talented and determined student may have the ability and ambition to succeed but still face barriers to attending college.
The Richey Family Foundation believes that financial hardship should not be the only thing standing between a young person and the opportunity to pursue their education.
Through scholarships and other educational initiatives, we seek to help deserving students take the next step toward their goals.
These ideas come together in the Richey Family Foundation.
We are not interested in creating an organization simply for the sake of having an organization.
We want to build something useful.

The Philippine College Fund is one example of that vision.
